1. Custom Orders
Most of our products are made to order. Once an order is confirmed, changes to size, design, or finish may not be possible — please confirm everything on WhatsApp before production begins.

2. Pricing
Products shown on our website don’t have fixed prices. The final price is quoted based on your specific requirements — size, wood, finish, and quantity.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment
An order is considered confirmed once a 50% advance payment is received. The remaining 50% is due before or at delivery — payment terms are clearly communicated when your order is confirmed.

4. Production & Delivery Time
We’ll give you an estimated timeline when your order is confirmed. Delays can happen due to the nature of handcrafted work or shipping conditions — we’ll keep you updated throughout.

5. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and content on this website belong to ALW Chinioti Furniture. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

6. Liability
We ensure quality and craftsmanship on our end, but slight variations in color or grain are natural in solid wood and aren’t considered defects.

7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be available on this page.
